Ltd, is subordinate to State Council CSTIND (Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense) CAAC No. 1 Group.

SGT (002163) has been public listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market on August 23 rd, 2007. SGT's main businesses are glass processing; design and management of glass curtain wall project; energy saving windows and doors systems; and structural steel fabrication. Glass processing activities include Low-E Glass, Double Glazing Unit, Tempering, Lamination Glass, Fire proof and blast resistance glass and ceramic fritted coated glass. Most products have been sold across China and worldwide markets for many years. The technology and production system are mainly imported from U.S.A., Germany, France, Italy, Finland and Japan.
